早期的XDS510PP emulator如何支持tms320f28027、tms320f28020的开发，运行ccs3.3时在cpu选择表中找不到这些CPU。
1、www-a.ti.com/.../CCSv3.3ServiceReleases.htm 处下载SR12安装;
2、software-dl.ti.com/.../F2803x_CSP_v3.3.2903.exe 处下载V2903安装；
3、确定仿真器最新驱动已更新；
