24x的架构和28x的架构不一样，2407编译器和28x的编译器也不一样，所以谈不上"如果用hex2000转换2407的out文件会有什么影响",因为2407的out文件转换需要使用他自己编译器的转换工具来进行，他的转换工具是dsphex.exe。
