如下图所示，使用CCS Uniflash软件，
首先将程序烧写进开发板，程序中code Security password区域全为0xFFFF；程序可以正常运行；
然后，点击Program Password 按钮，此操作成功后，再给线路板重新上电，发现芯片已经锁死，不管我怎么点击Unlock按钮，都无法解锁；
程序也不再运行，麻烦哪位大侠可以帮帮我，怎么解决此问题？？？

后边发现可以unlock，然后程序就可以正常运行，
但是重新上电后，除非使用uniflash软件进行unlock操作，要不程序都无法自动启动，有谁知道什么原因呢？
你可以尝试unlock后把FLASH中的数据全部擦除然后再烧写一遍程序，Boot-mode设置要正确。
