波特率是指传输一位数据的速率，而传输完16位才能称之为完成一次数据的传输。波特率的设置决定了SPI数据发送和接收是按照什么样的时钟分频来进行，所以是由时钟决定的。
波特率是真正传输时候SPI的速率，如果不设置，那怎么和其他设备的协议对接。
