估计谈到的是TMS320F2803X芯片。它含有HRPWM，步长可以设定到150~310ps;有寄存器可以设定何时把数值从shadow加载到TBPRD和CMPx.

另外，TI电源这里也有专用的移相芯片，比如ucc3895 ucc28950，但我记得并不支持双向DC-DC；这个具体要到电源的坛上问一下。
