想要实现在CPU1 和CPU2同时正常运行的时候，CPU1如何重启CPU2。
PS： 我看用户手册里面IPC BOOT 章节提及到两个DSP的通信寄存器的配置， 这个怎么实现呢？还是必须两个核断电才行呢
