为什么我的controlsuite在电脑重启以后就连不上网了。。。就显示一个灰色界面。。。附图。。。求大神给看

刚刚下了最新版的controlsuite， 安装了JAVA ，系统变量也设置了。第一次使用可以联网，但中文乱码。第二天电脑开机以后就直接变成下图这样了。。。有朋友知道怎么解决吗？？？好郁闷啊·~~~

直接就成一大白板了~~~~在线等有朋友以前出现过这种情况吗？是如何解决的~~~谢谢~~~
