是可读可写。
为什么说是随机的呢？如果是用ccs观察的话，两边的时间不对等，你用低频的窗口去观察高频的数据可能会有这个错觉。
因为你打开了时钟，所以他一直在计数，所以你看到的是他是随机的一个数值。
