晶振信号如上图，信号频率为29.76MHz，波峰电压2.16V，波谷电压1.24V，平均电压1.69V，这样可以吗？仿真器连不上，其他都检查了没问题，原来的3.3V的晶振坏了，现在换了这个，还是连不上
请问你的外部晶振是如何连接的？是有源时钟还是无源晶振？如果从X1，X2输入的，都是1.9V的电平。如果是XCLKIN输入，则是3.3V。
