dsp28035的HRCAP中断服务程序是不是每次进入中断服务程序，都要禁止中断，然后在读取捕获值，再使能中断？
这个还要看你的中断源 是不是中断频率比较高 如果高的话 并且你的服务函数中要处理一下结果
那就建议关闭中断 并清标志位
不过建议别在中断中处理过多的事 建议置个标志位 然后主函数中通过判断标志位 去做相关处理
