引脚能承受的极限电压是-0.3~4.6V。

我是看了TI的controlcard的设计才有疑问的，上面是接的5v，所以担心会不会烧掉芯片？
不会烧芯片的。
请检查时钟是否正常，low power mode一般是时钟出现了问题。
