28335串口接收的数据是8位一传的，如何才能让它连续存入16位的片内flash中呢？
比如假如串口接收的数据是xx，直接存入flash就是0x00xx 0x00xx的形式，怎样才能变成0x xxxx 0x xxxx的形式呢？
接受完成进行数据的8到16位的重新整合，如果你的接受数组是8位的，可能使用16位格式去读取对应的地址就可以了，但是为了防止大端小端问题，还是自己重新组合一下比较好
发送函数将送入的16位数进行高8位和低8位的发送
接收端也进行整合
