Motor no-load gMotorVars. Speed-krpm and gMotorVars SpeedRef_krpm has a maximum speed of 3700 rpm, but with load, it was found that the actual speed continuously decreases from 3700 rpm, but the phase current amplitude remains unchanged and the waveform is good. Simulation found that gMotorVars Speed_krpm has a maximum speed of 3200rpm. What is the reason for this and why can't the observer observe the speed properly
