新项目选的F280025-48PIN,第一次加电F280025发烫，是什么原因，外围电路如下

1）SDK里面有提供这款芯片的硬件原理图，您自行核对您的原理图和PCB。

2）把其他相关的电路断开，只测这个MCU，以便确认是否是这个MCU这个单元电路的问题。
3）确保焊接没有问题。
4）超频使用，供电不稳也会使芯片发热
5）使用过程中遭遇静电击穿，也会导致芯片发热。
6）多测几颗芯片，以便确认是个别现象还是普遍现象
