ADC和CMPSS使用内部参考电压，硬件上MCU有什么pin的接法需要特殊处理吗？
还是说不管MCU的外围pin在硬件上怎么接，只要软件配置好就可以了

需要注意：
在内部基准模式下，基准电压由器件从 VREFHI 引脚驱动。在此模式下，用户不应将电压驱动到引脚中。
32QFN 封装不支持内部基准模式。。
