在CPU级：
28x系列 CPU支持一个不可屏蔽中断NMI(non-maskable interrupt)和16个可屏蔽、可屏蔽中断（INT1-INT14、RTOSINT、DLOGINT）, 那么我想问如果外设需要中断设置的不多，可不可以不设置PIE模块而产生中断。
外置中断服务程序的分配和中断使能都需要通过PIE配置。
