使用TMS320F28069FPZT采样口坏原因分析！

TI工程师、高手们好：
                 我在使用TMS320F28069PZT（采样不带隔离）做变频器控制。试验测试时一切正常。运行几天后发现AD采样口坏，有几路采样口采不到值（电路上采样电压有）。其中有两路采样值不对，采样电压值是3.3V，采样值只有1677和1980.请帮忙分析下采样口坏的原因。谢谢！

    先给弱电，然后用TI例程测试一下，排除软件问题：C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2806x\v150\F2806x_examples_ccsv5\adc_soc

    如果是硬件坏了，一般是采样口过压。

    重新换个TMS320F28069F芯片，加高压电机运行OK！一切都正常了。但是，这控制器放了几天，再测试采样口又烧了。此电路不会采样过压。而且，有电平嵌位。
