如果EPWM的比较值（CMPA）是通过输入端口确定的（Input port), 那么CMPA的初始值应该设置为多少（CMPA initial value)。周期（PRD）是9000。怎么设置这个初始值。

那就设置到PRD/2
主要是保障被控对象停止
