通过I2C往24LC16写数据，在断电后再次上电，发现有个参数值无故改动。该故障出现概率极低。
程序中当时 I2caRegs.I2CPSC.all = 9.,28035芯片， 有说法 Prescaler - need 7-12 Mhz on module clk 。请问这个是否会导致异常，是否有硬性要求？
另外我将 I2caRegs.I2CPSC.all = 12，也未复现故障。
