我用dsp28035，对稳压源输出1v,进行采样，采样过来没滤波，采样值会在0.1v内波动，这正常吗？

这个跟你采样窗开多大，以及硬件设计有关系。建议你在AD管口上加RC低通，并且在程序中取多次平均值，并且把采样窗设置的尽量大
会不会跟没用AdcOffsetSelfCal();有关啊
也会有，datasheet上标注的使用和不使用矫正函数，会多出16LSB的offset. 安装你4096代表3.3V算，如果不用这个函数，就有正负0.016V的摆动，用了矫正函数，就只有0.003V的摆动。
