I bought two LAUNCHXL-F280039C boards. One of them works properly with the DigitalPowerSDK examples in CCS when connected to the computer using a USB-C cable. The LED2 and LED3 on the launchpad light up blue as expected. However, the other board cannot be connected to the computer. The blue lights of LED2 and LED3 on the launchpad do not light up, and the XDS110 is not detected in the computer’s device manager under ports. What could be the cause of this issue?
