TMS320F28377S: Compilation error will occur when i using CCS to compile a subject，needed by 'configPkg/compiler.opt'

My Code Composer Studio  will  occur compilation error ,I have tried a lot of solutions to compile the subjects ,but I still can not  solve this problem  . Ask for help from the majority of netizens.
