用F28335 sci串口时 如果先运行dsp 再电脑上打开串口助手，28335就收不到数。
只有在先打开串口助手 ，再运行dsp时 28335才能收到串口助手发来的数。
应该是的处理逻辑出了问题，仔细检查看看有没有逻辑BUG。
可能是串口助手的问题，换一个串口助手试试？
我一般使用sscom33
应该逻辑没问题，估计是串口助手问题，
换个试试 或重启电脑看看
