DSP2812在AD转换中的时钟为什么要额外加上cps位进行分频
系统时钟一般比外设时钟频率高，所以外设一般不能直接使用系统时钟，需要进行分频。至于怎么让用户设定分频，就看芯片设计者的心思了。
利用ADCLKPS位进行分频就好了，额外加一个cps位是否有什么特殊的时候使用呢？
