在上电或者复位后，发现一些GPIO的输出电平为高电平，请问是什么原因？
28335中EPWM那几个端口上电不是高电平，其他GPIO内部上拉电阻默认是使能的，在没有设置前都会是高电平。
对于F28335来说，默认上电的情况：
与PWM复用的GPIO为低电平。原因：防止烧管子
不复用的其他GPIO为弱上拉，2V左右的电平。原因：没有原因，就是这么做的。
