TIDM-02009: How can I get the TUV SUD Rail GmbH ASIL D technical report of TIDM-02009 Design

Dear TI Team：

        How can I get the TUV SUD Rail GmbH ASIL D technical report of TIDM-02009 Design？I think it is  confidential, NDA agreement might need be signed with TI.We need this certificate files to convince our  OEM customer so that we can use TI C2000 MCU instead of infineon MCU to reduce cost.
