您好 这个例程是 controlSUITE\development kits\TMDSIDDK_v2.0\IDDK_PM_Servo_F2837x_v2_00_00_00
这个函数是用到F2837x的内部TMU三角函数硬件加速模块，具体可以看一下user guide和datasheet. 精度是单精度浮点的精度。
