请问对于C2000 系列28021芯片，如果串口设置波特率为4800，那么输入串口接收中断每个bit的时间应为208微秒，
问题是假如输入中断的波形为方波，其中高电平为190微秒，低电平为226微秒，那么串口能否识别这样的数据？
