ccs版本：ccsv5.4，编译器6.4.9；仿真器：合众达510plus
连接dsp时，on-chip flash 中无法修改时钟，始终是灰色的，晶振也无法使用，有谁知道是这是为什么么？

能烧写程序，就是不能正常工作。
重新上电还不行吗？
烧写一个TI的标准例程测试一下吧。
