由于工作环境为高温，可否提供能够适应175摄氏度环境工作的上电复位芯片，或者可用的复位方案。若阻容复位方案，那么时间常数是不是要取的很大，电容采用10uf的话，上拉电阻是不是就得20k以上了，这么大的上拉电阻可否正常工作？

我们没有推荐的 RC 元件、客户可以选择满足上述要求的元件
