跟裸机程序类似，你把控制GPIO的程序打包成一个函数，将其设置为task或硬中断，软中断，BIOS启动后就自动按照优先级和触发条件去执行。

是否还需要添加DSP内部定义好的头文件，例如DSP2833x_Device.h、DSP2833x_Gpio.h……这些文件，像编写普通工程一样？
