如何在自己创建的库里面调用另一个库

用CCS6.0创建了一个库，需要在里面调用IQmath.lib、rts2800_fpu32.lib和rts2800_fpu32_fast_supplement.lib，但是库工程的普通工程不一样，没有地方调用库，请问怎么办，下图是库工程的Project-Properties，没有C2000 Linker
