针对TMS320C2812使用有源晶振想问如下问题：
1、有源晶振的输出电流应该为多大？
2、有源晶振为方波或正玄波是否都可以？
3、有源晶振的输出是否正向峰值不超过2812内核电压就可以使用。
4、如果有源晶振输出存在较大的直流偏置，在其输出串联电容后使其输出正向峰值小于等于内核电压内能否使用？
一般用 3.3V 的有源晶振，可以在晶振的输出端串33欧姆的电阻，但2812用无源的晶振好一些
