关于无法新建CCS工程的问题。

安装好CCS以后新建CCS工程，在compilers  version 里提示为空，CCS提示：No compilers are currently installed for this device-family. Click 'View > CCS App Center' to install a compiler before creating a project for this device.    但是在CCS App 里显示已经安装了TI ARM COMPILER，这是怎么回事？？
