最简单的办法，拿示波器看晶振的波形，只要振起来，就会抓到波形的。只要电源OK，晶振电路部分正常，晶振就会运行的。内部晶振能保证程序运行，但是内部晶振的频率是有限的，而且误差较大。dsp高速的处理，肯定还是用外部晶振好。
