使用RM46L852的MII模式和KSZ8863RLL交换芯片通信，我现在还没有使用MDIO进行寄存器初始化，但是KSZ8863RLL的port1和port2不能实现交换机功能，这是KSZ8863RLL还没有正常工作？还是我没有对它初始化是不会工作？RSTN管脚已经拉高。
