换台电脑可以！大概是什么原因？
请重新下载完整安装包试试。
不要把安装文件放在中文路径下，安装到默认路径。我这样做后就没有这个问题了
从可以安装的电脑以下文件路径中复制下文件过来，粘贴到同样的目录下
文件路径： C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Texas Instruments\HALCoGen\install
文件：disk1.cab 和 HALCoGen.msi
搂主是解压后安装的?还是直接点压缩包安装的?建议解压后安装
