我设置不同的memwidth和romwidth值时生成的hex文件内容不一样，那么怎么设置这两个值？
memwidth 定义系统内存字宽（默认为16位）
-romwidth 指定ROM设备宽度（默认值取决于使用的格式）。TI-TXT和TI-Tagged格式忽略此选项。
这两个参数默认就行了，可以不用设置。你设置的不同的时候生成的文件格式发生了变化，所以两次的文件内容会有不同。
