win 7 系统 安装完成后运行提示找不到 instr.lib 文件，点击忽略后出来的介面什么都不能用。
请下载最新版的软件，使用管理员权限重新安装。
用管理员身份安装还是同样的问题，运行是显示 找不到 ”instr.dll"文件。
有没有最新版的下载链接。谢谢
