请对TMS570 0914芯片 CCS9.0 该做哪些配置才可生成可刷写的HEX文件？（.out文件是没有问题）

Enable Arm hex utility 已经勾选， 选择一个比如intel Hex选项， 为啥生成出. Hex .i1, .i2,.i3文件？他们分别啥意思？我应该烧写哪一个呢？ 现在烧写了.hex文件 程序没功能。 谢谢！
