我想问一下运行CPU STC时，STCGSTAT寄存器的值为0x00000003，STCFSTAT寄存器的值为0x00000003，即发生了Self-test run failed due to MISR mismatch for CPU1和Self-test run failed due to MISR mismatch for CPU2这两个错误。请问如何可以看到MISR与CPU是如何不匹配的？？
