想问下，该板子的中用到芯片 SN74CBT16214DGGR ,其数据手册中，我没有看懂其具体作用。能帮忙说说该芯片的具体作用吗？

 

此外手册中有个功能表，没看懂。如当S2=H，S1=H，S0=L时，A port = B1 port，这是什么意思？是说A接口的相应位和接口B1相应位相连吗？
