我用的是TMS470MF06607这款芯片，请问如何编译生成ELF格式的输出文件，是在编译的属性里设置OutPut Format？生成的.OUT不能够被英特佩斯的ASAP2工具所解析。

请问您是需要得到2进制目标文件还是16进制文件呢？
1. 如果您使用CCS编译时，选择了Output format = eabi(ELF)的话，那么输出的2进制目标文件就是ELF格式了。
2. 如果您需要Hex文件(16进制)，那么需要使用C:\ti\ccsv5\tools\compiler\tms470\bin路径下的hex470工具来生成，具体的生成方法您可以参考文档 ARM Assembly Language Tools v4.9 User's Guide
