请问TI的安全CPU的安全失效分数在哪里可以找到啊？在datasheet里面没有找到？是必须要和厂家索取吗？望达人指导！！
失效分析的数据都是有的，但是需要先和TI签署一个特殊的保密协议（SafeTI NDA）。
可以联系负责你们公司的销售或FAE咨询NDA的签署事项。
这个手册里是没有的，这个是不公开的技术机密，需要签署协议的说话应该是真的。
