TMS570和STM32的开发步骤不太一样，它的驱动主要靠图形化开发软件HALCoGen：
http://www.ti.com/tool/HALCOGEN
下载安装后，可以根据使用手册来学习使用，并且配合有很多例程作为参考。
项目调试简易使用TI的CCS作为开发环境.

如楼上所说，TMS570的工程都是由Halcogen配置自动生成的。
Halcogen的Help中有几个Example可以参考。
另外，你使用的是USBKit，在Wiki上（http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Category:TMS570）的Training部分，Hercules Safety MCU 1 Day Training/Workshop Presentation: (USB Stick Kit Based)，下面有几个USBKIT的Lab可以学习一下。
