具体一点，没看懂问题
一般安装ccs后，都默认安装了这个板子的驱动程序的。如果没有可以尝试手动安装驱动程序MSPDS-USB-DRIVERS: http://www.ti.com/tool/mspds
您的CCS版本是多少？电脑是什么系统？
CCS5.5 ccs6.0
系统是win7
您现在使用的是 MSP430F5529 Launchpad? 试一下 http://www.deyisupport.com/cfs-file.ashx/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/55/4762.5661.msp430.7z
另外建议使用最新版本的IAR试一下
