TIVA_WARE是tiva系列的一个资料包，包括手册、例程等
msp430也有个对应的mspware。可以直接导入里面的例程到ccs
mspware里只有一部分芯片类型的例程，基本上都是F、P、I系列，就没G系列的，不知道你那有没msp430g2231的头文件，我在ti.com上找不到
