使用CCS、CCS theia编译代码，正常无报错。且烧录无问题，代码实现功能正常，可是主控芯片3507有发烫。

蓝框区域对应64-Pin PM (LQFP)封装的17~32管脚，电源相关的是VCORE(pin 32)是否正常？
此封装的热阻参数请参考芯片数据手册“7.4 Thermal Information”，可参考Semiconductor and IC Package Thermal Metrics (Rev. D)计算理论温度。
