工程文件中有文件的中文注释乱码，之后输入的中文显示又是正常的。修改过Windows----->workplace 和单个文件的
把编码格式修改一下就好了
一. 如果是某个文件的中文是乱码, 其余正常显示, 解决方法见下图
二. 如果是某个工程的中文是乱码, 解决方法见下图
三. 如果全部工作空间是乱码, 则可以整体修改, 如下图所设.
