非常感谢楼上的回答！我今天早上用公司WIN7操作系统试了一遍，PC端能够识别USB设备；而在win8.1系统中需要多一步设置，参考Examples_Guide_MSP430_USB.PDF文档中 2.5.3 Installing a CDC Interface on Windows 8 的相关步骤进行inf文件的安装后，也能够识别USB设备了，而硬件上并没有做什么改动。
